Starting Solids
Masterclass

A gentle, practical, evidence-based program for mums with babies aged 4+7 months. We cover readiness signs, purees vs. baby-led weaning, gagging vs. choking, positive mealtime foundations, first foods, introducing allergens, and more.
This masterclass, held across 2x 90 minutes sessions, helps parents feel confident, educated and supported as they begin baby's food journey.

Queanbeyan Region Mums & Bubs Groups

A free supportive community for local mums, thoughtfully grouped by baby due date seasons.
These groups create a non-judgmental, shared journey through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, with regular in-person catch ups, online connection and chats, and warm community support.
The focus is on friendship, understanding and feeling less alone during this tender season of life, with a nurturing space to connect, share, and grow together.
1:1 Pregnancy Consults

A holistic, supportive nutrition consultation for mums-to-be, exploring nutrition, lifestyle and overall wellbeing, with a personalised plan for each trimester.

This includes meal guidance, supplement support, nausea & fatigue management, gestational diabetes support, strategies for cravings, digestion, and emotional wellbeing.
My focus is always on helping women feel grounded, nourished and confident as their bodies change.
1:1 Postpartum Consults

A soft, supportive space for postpartum mothers to explore their recovery, nutrition, mood, hormones, breastfeeding, sleep, energy, and daily rhythms.
