A two-session masterclass to help you introduce solids to your bub with confidence!
Service description
Held as an online live webinar across two 90-minutes sessions over two weeks, this relaxed and supportive group masterclass is aimed at mums with babies around 4-7 months old, and is designed to help you feel at ease as you begin your baby’s solids journey. Together, we will explore signs of readiness, purées vs. baby-led weaning, safe food preparation, first foods & introduction timeline, gagging vs. choking, intolerances, sensitivities & allergies, introducing allergens safely, and positive mealtime routines. You'll receive practical tips, simple meal ideas and holistic support in a warm group setting - helping you create a calm, positive foundation for your baby's relationship with food. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class or workshop, please email krissy.nourishnurturehealth@gmail.com. Classes may be rescheduled and fees transferred in full to the new class date/time, as long as this occurs a minimum 48 hours prior to the originally booked time. A 50% refund of the total fee will be given if the class is cancelled with a minimum 48 hours notice prior to the commencement time. Failure to show up for a booked class or rescheduling/cancellation of a booked class less than 48 hours from commencement time will incur a 100% fee - no refunds will be given. This is to ensure other clients are able to access class availanility.
