Service description
Every baby is unique, and I’m here to help you understand and support their nutritional needs with confidence and ease. In this consult, we explore your baby’s feeding patterns, digestion, development and overall wellbeing. You’ll receive clear, reassuring guidance on what to offer, how to support healthy habits, and ways to gently navigate any concerns with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, formula, starting solids, digestive issues, eczema, reflux, constipation, intolerances and allergies, and more. The focus is always on nurturing your little one’s growth while helping you feel calm, informed and supported. Includes a personalised plan and meal ideas
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a nutrition consult, please email krissy.nourishnurturehealth@gmail.com. Appointments may be rescheduled and fees transferred in full to the new appointment, as long as this occurs a minimum 48 hours prior to the appointment time. A 50% refund of the total cost of the consult will be given if the appointment is cancelled with a minimum 48 hours notice prior to the appointment time. Failure to show up to an appointment or rescheduling/cancellation of an appointment less than 48 hours from the appointment time will incur a 100% fee - no refunds will be given. This is to ensure other clients are able to utilise appointment times.
